Custom Halo Reach Spartan Update #4

More personal issues and the absolute madness of starting a new job have kept me away from this project yet again, but now that I've gotten some shred of my free time back, I've FINALLY been able to do some more work on this project!

Primer on both legs, as well as the front and back of the waist piece, now completed! Hoping to do more soon!
